Internship description: This summer, Dr. Upadhyay’s research team will be excited to invite a research intern to help support two studies related to (1) examining experience and acceptability of late period pills and (2) evaluating the number of patients who need to travel out of an abortion-supportive state in order to obtain third-trimester abortion care.

Tasks intern will work on: The research intern will gain experience in working on research related to reproductive health access, supporting study recruitment, participant compensation, research communications, data entry/cleaning, and/or other light research administrative tasks.

Skills required: Can work independently, self-starter; experience in using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel or the Google Suite equivalent; Qualtrics or REDCap experience is a plus.

Internship timeframe: Summer 2023, flexible but 6 week minimum
