GloCal welcomes new UCLA PI
The GloCal Health Fellowship would like to welcome Sung-Jae Lee, PhD as our new UCLA campus PI for the fellowship. Dr. Lee is a Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences in the UCLA School of Medicine, with a joint appointment in the Department of Epidemiology in the School of Public Health. He co-directs the UCLA Fogarty AIDS Training Programs in Thailand and Myanmar, and is a Key Faculty for UCLA Fogarty Training Programs in Vietnam and Cambodia. Dr. Lee greatly enjoys mentoring both UCLA epidemiology masters and doctoral students as well as scholars from Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia. GloCal is very happy to have him join our team!
